Overall such great stay for our room. Late check-out was useful. This accommodation was in the central location near the sea❤🙂

Everything was really good, kind staff, perfect location adjacent to pier and Cable cars and all the tourist spots.

Pleasant accommodation with handy setting right by Cable cars, Pier 39 and all the tourist spots. The staff were efficient and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Plenty of delicious items for buffet breakfast. Excellent service from the staff.

I liked our stay, the staff were attractive and the location was superior. Average room - bed was great. They made my stay magnificent! The hotel was perfectly located for travelling through San Francisco. The beach nearby was astonishing and the view was charming.

Convenient room, very informative staff, easy location. And it also had awesome view. The outdoor bar was a delightful surprise. The hotel was perfectly situated. And adjacent to Pier 33, the cable cars...

Good value considering prices in San Francisco. Generous breakfast, very pretty room, very special location. Really perfectly located hotel. The beds were really nice, I slept well. I was very happy with the particularly pleasant staff and their efficient service.

Attentive staff, fine breakfast, fine wi-fi. Splendid view, a nice balcony, large bed, too. The location was really handy, just a short stroll away from an east–west street. The outdoor restaurant was astonishing with lots of meals in the menu.

Neat place, staff was DELIGHTFUL.

As for me, the area was too dark.

It was spotless, and the people were absolutely brilliant.

appealing hotel, good value, what else to wish for. very supportive staff, exemplary service, pleasant views. location is phenomenal, not too far from hyde street. it is equipped with a separate shower, which is a bonus.

friendly staff, breakfasts are great. loved cafe de casa, it was right by the hotel and offered nice treats. it deserves its 4 stars.

All in all, I spend my time comfortably. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Bay Street Bistro.

it truly was a very nice experience. great staff, they did everything for us. our favorite hotel in san francisco, we strongly recommend it.

Breakfast was great and the team was excellent. Well-equipped bathroom with a washbasin. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Surisan that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Will certainly stay here again, if in San Francisco: )
